Dasna doctor in Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad tests coronavirus positive

A doctor (medical superintendent) working at a government hospital in Ghaziabad's Dasna has tested coronavirus positive. The doctor has been isolated while the hospital administration is taking all precautionary measures including isolating other people who had come in contact with the doctor.

A doctor (medical superintendent) working at a government hospital in Ghaziabad's Dasna has tested coronavirus positive. The doctor has been isolated while the hospital administration is taking all precautionary measures including testing other people who had come in contact with the doctor for coronavirus and isolating them. As per reports, the doctor was working at the Community Health Centre in Dasna. The area is very close to Noida and Delhi borders. Earlier on April 8, the Ghaziabad administration released the list of 13 hotspots in the district which were sealed to contain the spread of coronavirus. Similarly, the Gautam Budh Nagar district also announced a list of 22 hotspots that were sealed for the same purpose.

The areas which have been sealed in Ghaziabad include Nandgram Nikat Masjid, KDP Grand Savanna, Raj Nagar Extension, Saviour Park Society, Mohan Nagar. B-77/G-5, Shalimar Garden Extension 2, Pasonda under police station Teela Mod, Oxy Homez, Bhopura, Vasundhara Sector-2B in Indirapuram, Sector-6 Vaishali, Indirapuram, Girnar Society, Kaushambi, Naipura Loni, Masuri, Khatu Shyam Colony, Duhai and Covid-1 CHC, Muradnagar.

The Gautam Budh Nagar administration sealed 22 hotspots in Noida and Greater Noida which will be sealed in a stringent measure to curb the spread of coronavirus. The District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar announced these hotspots on Wednesday (April 8) which includes 12 clusters, 10 epicenters and 34 localities in total.
