Jaipur: Four youths were yesterday sent to judicial custody on the charges of creating ruckus during Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's public function here.



Balram Jat, Rakesh Jat, Hamir Singh Rajawat and Radha Govind were arrested yesterday for trying to disrupt the fuction attended by Singh at the city's Rajasthan Police Lines ground near Chandpole.

Singh was here to lay the foundation stone of the underground Chandpole-Badi Chaupar line, part of the first phase of Jaipur Metro.

The youths had allegedly defied the tight police security and shouted slogans to demand the arrest of former Rajasthan minister Babulal Nagar in connection with a rape case.
