Alleging nothing has changed in the city even after the December 16 gangrape, Goel accused the Centre of “not making functional the Nirbhaya Fund” created after the brutal incident.
Asking Dikshit what she has done so far to make the Nirbhaya fund functional, the BJP leader said crime against women has been on the rise this year.
“Delhi has seen almost 240 per cent rise in rape cases, 495 per cent rise in molestation cases and 700 per cent rise in the cases of eve-teasing this year. This shows that nothing has changed on the ground in Delhi even ten months after the Nirbhaya incident and Delhi continues to be unsafe for women,” he said.
