New Delhi: Senior Congress leader and former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Nedurumalli Janardhana Reddy passed away on Friday morning at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences.
The 80-year-old veteran is survived by his wife and four sons.
According to hospital sources, Reddy's body has been shifted to his house in Somajiguda.
Reddy served as the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister from 1990 to 1992.
Known for his political acumen, he was elected to the Lok Sabha thrice from Bapatla, Narsaraopet and Visakhapatnam.
He also held the post of president of the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC).
