An earthquake of magnitude 3.1 on the Richter Scale was felt in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday.
An earthquake of magnitude 3.1 on the Richter Scale was felt in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The quake was reported at 3.47 pm with its epicentre at a depth of 88 km east of Katra, according to the National Centre of Seismology (NCS).
The depth of the quake was 5 km. So far, no reports of any damage have surfaced.
