New Delhi, Jul 3: With two rounds of admissions already complete, several colleges of Delhi University were still open to admissions in popular courses, but the third cut off list declared tonight showed a marginal to negligible drop.

As many as 23 colleges were still offering admissions in the much in demand B Com (hons) course. While most of the colleges were off campus colleges, Hans Raj, Ramjas and Sri Venkateswara colleges still had seats in the course.

The drop in the cut off, however, was in the range of 0.25 per cent to 1 per cent in some colleges but others did not even bring down the lower cut off.

In Hansraj, where the second cut off was 96.25 to 98.25 per cent, the third cut off was 96.25 to 98.5 per cent. In Lady Shri Ram, the cut off came down from 96.5 to 96.25 per cent.

An admission for Economics (hons) was still open in 11 colleges, but the drop in cut off was similarly small.

The minimum percentage required for admission to B Com (hons) was Aditi Mahavidyalaya at 80 to 85 per cent, while admission to Economics can be achieved at the lowest percentage of 82 per cent at Satyawati (evening) college.

Most of activity in the third round of admissions will now focus on the off campus colleges. As many as 16 colleges were still taking admissions for English (hons).
