New Delhi: Till last year, Delhi University (DU) allowed the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queers (LGBTQs) to take admission only in Post Graduate Programmes. The University introduced the third Gender option in the OBC section of the PG form.

However, for the term 2015-16, DU has opened its doors to the third gender in the Undergraduate programmes as well. This time, the University has kept an option of ‘other gender' in its admission form.
