New Delhi, Apr 28 : Kidnappers have abducted a Delhi businessman Bharat Singh Yadav from Mandavali area in North East Delhi. The abduction reportedly took place four days back on April 24 (Sunday), his relatives said.
Yadav's Scorpio vehicle was later found abandoned near Ghazipur. The kidnappers have properly cleaned the entire vehicle to remove all fingerprints.
Delhi police had earlier registered a missing complaint. After the vehicle's recovery, a case of kidnapping has been registered.
Bharat Singh's father says, he had left the house on Sunday evening to meet somebody, but when he did not return till late in the night, they rang me up. Somebody picked up the call but disconnected it and later switched it off.
Bharat Singh's family is yet to give any ransom call. His family says, there was some amount of cash in his car, which could be the reason for his abduction
