New  Delhi, Sep 8 :  Kerosene distributor Mahender Tyagi, 33, had come to the court on Wednesday for a hearing but after the blast he claimed he saw the man who planted the bomb at the court reception.

Tyagi told mediapersons that he had later helped the police prepare a sketch of the suspect.

Tyagi said he told the police the suspect appeared to be a short-haired man in his 30s, reports Times of India.

"I told them he sported actor Bobby Deol's hairstyle and was wearing a white shirt. I don't remember the colour of his trousers. He was very calm and was walking casually".

"We were in queue to get our passes made when I saw this man carrying a briefcase, jumping the queue and walking towards the reception.

He kept the dark brown briefcase there and seconds after that the blast occurred. Instead of running off, he stood just 10 feet away," said the Burari resident, adding, "I fell down on the ground after the blast, and when I got up I saw blood all around, and people screaming. The woman at the head of the queue was badly injured and blood oozed from her legs."

Tyagi was only slightly hurt but his friend was severely injured. He later visited Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital to check on his friend.

"I never expected to witness something like this. I don't understand why they are killing poor people like us. What harm have we done to them?" he said.

Tyagi said, on Wednesday all the kerosene dealers had a hearing in the High Court as the state government had discontinued kerosene supply to them.
