New Delhi: A temple has been built for Telangana CM, KChandrasekhar Rao outside an internationally-reputed university near Hyderabad as a tribute for his efforts in bringing up the new state Telangana.
This temple was made by a group of students who are members of the youth wing of Chandrasekhar Rao's party.
The temple has the digital print of the 60 yr old CM with a aureole, blowing the conch like Lord Krishna, and inscriptions declaring "KCR Mandiram" and "Jai Telangana" surround him.
Although a senior Congress leader in the state, P Sankar Rao, faced a wide criticism when he announced his will to build a temple for his party president Sonia Gandhi acknowledging her as "the Goddess who sanctioned Telangana" before the national election in May.
