Britain's Prince Charles, wife pay tributes to 26/11 victims

Mumbai: British royal couple, Prince Charles and wife Camilla who are on a nine-day visit to India, today paid tributes to victims of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks.Their Royal Highnesses laid a wreath to commemorate



Those present included Anand Mahindra, Swati Piramal and Chanda Kochar.

The Prince of Wales also visited the Godrej Mangrove Reserve where he toured a medicinal herb garden before taking a boat tour around the area.

Tomorrow, in Mumbai, the royal couple is scheduled to participate in a Remembrance Day function and attend service at the St. John the Evangelist Church and meet war veterans and Indian Defence Staff.

Later, they will leave for Pune and attend another Remembrance Day event at Kirkee Cemetery run by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and also tour the cemetery.
