    SC relaxes upper limit for age-barred candidates for judicial exams 2022

    The Supreme Court on Monday said that prescribing a minimum age limit for the selection of district judges is not contrary to the Constitution, as it relaxed the upper-age limit of 32 years for the Delhi Judicial Service Examination (DJSE) and 45 years for the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Examination (DHJSE) for candidates who were eligible in 2020 and 2021.

    Five killed in Andhra Pradesh road mishap

    Five of a family, including a six-month-old baby were killed and one person seriously injured, when the car in which they were travelling hit a culvert on a national highway in Krishna district on Sunday morning, police said. The car slammed into the culvert when the driver who was drowsy lost control of the vehicle, police said.
