Chennai, Aug 9: Within hours of being kidnapped from his school in the city, a four-year-old boy was rescued and handed over to his parents, police said.
The boy was kidnapped from his school in Raja Annamalaipiram area by a man posing as the van driver, they said.
However, a surveillance camera installed in the school campus captured the identity of the person and he was nabbed in the evening from Korrukupet area, they said.
The boy's parents filed a complaint with police when their son did not return home from school.
