An Indian children's rights activist, Kailash Satyarthi has won. 2014 Nobel Peace Prize.

Kailash Satyarthi, is working as an activist for children's rights and children education and has also founded the Bachpan Bachao Andolan in 1980.

He has also been involved with the Global March Against Child Labor and its international advocacy body, the International Center on Child Labor and Education (ICCLE).

He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize this year, along with with Pakistani girl activist Malala Yousufzai, "for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education".

The Nobel Prize was established in 1895 by Alfred Nobel, and awarded the first prize in the field of Physics, Chemistry, Physiology or Medicine, Literature, and Peace.
