Andhra government transfers 15 IAS officers

Hyderabad: Amidst the ongoing chaos in administration in the wake of the 70-day-odd agitation against the bifurcation of the state, Andhra Pradesh government yesterday transferred 15 IAS officers, including collectors of two and joint collectors




Vadarevu Vinay Chand has been posted as Project Officer of Integrated Tribal Development Agency, Paderu in Visakhapatnam district.

M Jaganmohan has been transferred as Executive Director of Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board.

P Venkata Rami Reddy has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes in Kakinada, while P Bhaskara has been posted as Joint Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams.

B Muralidhar Reddy, who has been transferred out as Joint Collector of Guntur district, has not been given a fresh posting.

Meanwhile, 1999-batch IPS officer Shaik Mohd Iqbal has been posted as Commissioner of Minorities Welfare.
