An Alliance Air ATR-72 aircraft, with around 55 passengers onboard from Delhi on Saturday went off the runway at Jabalpur.
Officials said that there are around 55 passengers on the flight. All of them are safe. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation officials will reach the spot to investigate the accident, officials said.
It departed from Delhi at around 11.30 AM and landed in Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh at around 1.15 PM.
Commenting on the incident, Air Alliance said, "We're grateful that all the passengers & crew are safe, their safety and evacuation are our priority. While we follow all safety policies by regulatory authorities, we regret the unfortunate incident and have initiated an investigation into the incident."
