Mumbai: A 21 year old fell to his death on Friday after he lost his grip in an overcrowded suburban train in Mumbai.
Bhavesh Nakate's death was captured on camera by a fellow passenger, the video shows him hanging from outside with just a grip on the steel pole inside the coach since he was unable to get inside the compartment due to heavy rush.
Bhavesh, a resident of Dombivli, had taken a CST-bound train from Dombivli station to reach his office in CST.
Incidentally, Nakate's Twitter handle has a display picture that shows him standing at the door of an empty train.
Suburban trains are packed, especially during peak hours, with eight people forced to stand in less than one square metre.
