International Yoga Day: More than 100 world records to be created in Kota tomorrow, says Swami Ramdev

Yoga guru Swami Ramdev on Wednesday said that more that 100 records will be created in Rajasthan’s Kota on International Yoga Day on Wednesday.

He was addressing a press conference in the city ahead of tomorrow's mega event.

Ramdev said that Shiksha nagri Kota will turn into Yoga nagri on Thursday.

He also said that more than two lakh people will perform yoga tomorrow.

Swami Ramdev also claimed that yoga will remove misunderstanding in the society.

The yoga guru  pointed out that it's wrong to claim that doing Kapalbhati exercise in excess is harmful.

​International Yoga Day is celebrated across the world every year on June 21.
