Panic broke out near Delhi's Akshardham Temple on Thursday after unknown miscreants opened fire on a police team.
According to news agency ANI, the men who fired on the police personnel in Pandav Nagar area, were robbers.
One person was nabbed by police in connection with the incident.
More details are yet to be ascertained.
