From today, there has been a new whopping price hike on LPG cylinders. Petroleum companies have made a marginal increase of Rs 5 in non-subsidized gas cylinders. According to the new prices released by Indian Oil, the price of cylinder without subsidy of 14.2 kg in Delhi has now reached Rs 706.5. Whereas, till March 31, it was Rs 701.5 In case of subsidized cylinders, there has been a slight increase of 25 paise.

On the other hand, the price of 19 kg gas cylinders used in commercial work is hiked by Rs 68. The price of 19 kg commercial cylinder increased up to Rs 1305.5 in Delhi. However, before the hike, the price of commercial cylinder was Rs 1237.
