The Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday granted anticipatory bail to the Pinto family in connection with the murder of student Pradyuman Thakur in Gurugram's Ryan International School.
"We will file an appeal after receiving copy of the Court's order and making an assessment of the same," said Sushil Tekriwal, lawyer of Pradyuman family after the bail granted to Pinto family.
The court has granted bail to the Pinto family with following conditions:
1. They cannot leave the country without prior permission from the court
2. They shouldn't tamper with evidence
3. They shouldn't influence witnesses
4. They will present themselves as and when required for interrogation
