The Noida Authority has finally woken up to take action against unauthorised buildings constructed using poor quality raw materials. The authority demolished at least 10 such buildings on Friday in Garhi Chaukhandi area adjacent to sector 121.
The action came after hours after an under-construction structure collapsed in the area. Luckily, the building was not occupied when it came crashing down on the ground. According to a report in Times of India, the developer of the said building project had no approval of the layout from the concerned authorities.
