A massive fire engulfed an under-construction multistorey building near Kamala Mills in Mumbai on Saturday morning. Five fire tenders were rushed to the spot to control the blaze. No casualties were reported in the incident.
The latest fire incident comes just a day after four elderly people were killed and several injured in a major fire which broke out in 16-storey building located in suburban Tilak Nagar.
Last week, eight people were killed in a fire that broke at the ESIC Kamgar Hospital at Marol in suburban Andheri.
On December 29, 2017, a fire had swept through two pubs in Kamala Mills compound in central Mumbai, resulting in the death of 14 people.
