A massive fire broke out at a camp of Digambar Akhada at the Kumbh Mela in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj on Monday. The mishap occurred following a cylinder blast at the Digambhar Akhada. According to the reports, multiple tents were engulfed in the fire which broke out at the Ardh Kumbh Mela.
The fire was later brought under control and the area was being cleared, said the SP, Security. There was no loss of life or injuries reported into the incident, he said.
There were no immediate reports of any one being injured, Akhara police station inspector Bhaskar Mishra said.

The Kumbh Mela is slated to begin from Tuesday.
