A driverless Delhi metro train on Tuesday rammed into a boundary wall during its trial run at the Kalindi Kunj station.
The train, running on the Magenta line, which is scheduled to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 25, was reportedly running on trial without any passengers on board.
The train is part of Magenta Line of the Delhi Metro that will run from Botanical Garden to Kalkaji Mandir.
The 12.64-km section, which will reduce travel time between Noida and south Delhi, was granted safety approval by the Commissioner for Metro Rail Safety (CMRS) last month.
