Business tycoon Anand Mahindra, who is a known avid social media enthusiast, on Monday hailed a Kerala girl for galloping to her Class 10th exam in Kerala.
A girl student took a horse ride on her way to school to write her Class 10 exam in Kerala’s Thrissur. The video has gone viral on social media.
"This video clip from my #whatsappwonderbox shows how a girl student is going to write her Class X final exam in Thrissur district, Kerala. According to reports, the girl's name is Krishna and she studies at the Holy Grace Academy, Mala and she did the same stunt last year as well.
Talking to a news site, Krishna said that last year she had just attracted curiosity in few of her classmates and onlookers, but this time her trainers recorded her video and shared it on social media.
Krishna is the only child of Ajay Kalindi and Indu. While the father works as a priest at the nearby Vishnu temple, her mother is a homemaker. Krishna now has two horses at home - both of them gifts from her father.
The video has attracted very positive views from the public on Twitter, with some hailing her as a symbol of woman empowerment.
