In yet another shocking case, a 25-year-old BPO executive was allegedly gang-raped by a cab driver and a co-passenger on Thursday.
According to reports, the victim had booked the cab from Sector 126 to travel to Sector 37 Noida. The driver told the victim that he has to drop the man nearby and requested her to allow him the same. Unaware of their devious plans she gave the nod.
As per reports, the woman was even forced to consume alcohol in the vehicle after which she was taken to a forest area near Jarcha village in Greater Noida. The woman has been sent for medical examination.
Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh Police have detained at least six people in connection with the case. A case also has been registered in this regard.
