During the rally, PM said, "...The 'B' team of Congress has become active across the border. Congress is giving clean chit to Pakistan for terrorist attacks. 26/11 Mumbai attacks were sponsored by Pakistan or not? Who killed our innocent people. You (the public) and the world knows the truth, our court has also given the decision, and Pakistan has also admitted, but Congress is issuing a certificate of innocence to terrorists. Congress leaders are now taking the side of the 26/11 terrorist Kasab. This is an insult to those who lost their lives in the attacks."
