Madhya Pradesh Opinion Poll: BJP likely to retain state with 119 seats and 46% votes
The Assembly election in Madhya Pradesh is set to take place on November 17 and the counting of votes is scheduled for December 3 along with the results of four other states. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress party will be in direct contest in the upcoming polls.

BJP likely to cross half-way mark in Madhya Pradesh
Overall in Madhya Pradesh, the India TV-CNX opinion poll predicts that the BJP is likely to win 119 seats and retain power in the state. The Congress on the other hand may win around 107 seats.
In terms of vote share, the BJP is likely to get 46 per cent and Congress could get 43 per cent of votes.

According to India TV-CNX opinion poll, the BJP is expected to dominate in the Bundelkhand and Baghelkhand regions in Madhya and may win 29 seats. The Congress is expected to win 21 seats while one seat may be won by others.
These regions together has a total of 51 seats.
