Chhindwara Election Results 2024: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) got success to win the last fortress of Congress - Chhindwara Lok Sabha constituency as BJP candidiate Vivek Bunty Sahu defeated Congress leader Kamal Nath's son and sitting MP Nakul Nath.

Main parties and candidates
There is a direct fight between Congress and BJP in Chhindwara. Congress once again fielded Kamal Nath's son and sitting MP Nakul Nath. On the other hand, the BJP pitted its district president Vivek Bunty Sahu against junion Nath. Sahu was defeated twice by the former CM in the 2019 bypoll and the 2023 assembly election. Kamal Nath's family has a grip over the seat as for over four decades, the constituency remained firmly under the sway of former CM Kamal Nath, who won the seat impressive nine times since 1980. Nath's wife, Alka Nath, also won the seat in 1996, while his son, Nakul Nath, emerged triumphant in 2019.

In the 2019 Lok Sabha Elections, Nakul Kamal Nath from INC won the seat with a margin of 37,536 votes. Nakul Kamal Nath was polled 587,305 votes with a vote share of 47.00 % and defeated Nathansaha Kawreti from BJP who got 549,769 votes (44.04 %).
In the 2014 Lok Sabha Elections, Kamal Nath from INC won the seat and was polled 559,755 votes with a vote share of 50.54%. BJP candidate Choudhary Chandrabhan Kuber Singh got 443,218 votes (40.01 %) and was the runner-up.Kamal Nath defeated Choudhary Chandrabhan Kuber Singh by a margin of 116,537 votes.
