Designer Jaya Misra worked extensively with Bengal weavers, and paid an ode to open minded, carefree and fun loving people with her resortwear collection Friday at India Resortwear Fashion Week (IRFW) 2013.
"The inspiration has been taken from bohemian lifestyle. In today's lifestyle, 'bohemian' symbolises people, who live unconventional and artistic lives. So my collection is a tribute to all those open minded, carefree and fun loving people," said Misra at the second day of IRFW here.
Her collection encapsulates a mix of kaftans, cover ups in flares, layers and asymmetrical cuts in fabrics that range from chiffon to satin. Her collection had a touch of Bohemian style.
