Varun Dhawan: A new hot fad in Bollywood (see rare pics)

Filmmaker David Dhawan's son Varun Dhawan has estabilished his name in the industry with his powerful performance in the starting of his career.Varun is proud of his well sculpted body and loves to flaunt it too. He speaks out on how he loves to workout and his efforts are paying off really well!!!Varun touted as energetic ball of fire flaunted a muscular look in his debut 'Student Of The Year' but he insists that being fit entails a lot more things than having huge muscles.The 27-year-old actor, who is the son of Bollywood filmmaker David Dhawan, is a fitness enthusiast.Varun hits the gym for one and a half hours everyday and is trained by Prashant Sawant. "I do a mix and match of many exercises. But before anything I do, I go for a warm up as it of prime importance. My trainer is very helpful in keeping me fit. We also do heavy weight mixed with cardiovascular exercises," he says. Varun is gearing up for his next release 'Main Tera Hero' starring opposite Nargis Fakhri and Ileana D'cruz. He has done some kissing scenes in the movie which he says, 'Is a no big deal' as the script demanded it. Varun has one of the most amazing and well sculpted bodies in Bollywood beating out contemporaries Siddharth Malhotra, Jackky Bhagnani, Arjun Kapoor, and Ranbir Kapoor. Varun as he says wasn't earlier into fitness training. With his Bollywood career onset he had been continuously working hard to maintain his fab abs. Varun Dhawan in his earlier pre-Bollywood days was like any normal lad hanging out with guy friends. During those days he sported a funky hairdo. Varun was seen with his 'Student Of The Year' co-star Alia Bhatt in Karan Johar's 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania'. Debutant Shashank Khaitan directed the film. The actor came out with a fitness DVD 'Pumpstart' which has a dance routine that flexes 13 major muscle groups in the body. It is choreographed by Remo D'souza. "I have a great amount of respect for Remo, and for everything he has achieved and done till now. He was able to merge together excessing and dancing very nicely in 'Pumpstart'. He is the master of dancing," he said.
