Valentine's Day is right here and to celebrate the same with your loved ones, The Park New Delhi's Executive Chef, Abhishek Basu has rolled out some quick chocolate recipes.
Keeping it simple is the key as everyone loves to drown in decadent chocolate.
• Chocolate dipped fresh strawberries
• Rose petal filled chocolates
• Heart shaped dark chocolate pastries
• Heart shaped rum and raisin chocolate cake
• Red velvet cupcakes with Chantilly frosting
A very easy to make recipe for those you want to make a dash to meet their Valentine with something aphrodisiac. This is a never-fail-you recipe. The best part is that it allows you to be creative with shapes and designs!
Note: You can add walnuts, hazelnuts, raisins or anything special! And you can buy different moulds for different shapes and use chocolate transfer sheets with different designs.
Recipe: Mix 100 gms of unsalted roasted nuts 300 gms of melted dark compound chocolate. Drop onto wax paper and refrigerate until set.
