Haider cast creates suspense with 'black' ensembles (view pics)

New Delhi: Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor launched their upcoming movie 'Haider' trailer at PVR Cinemas in Mumbai.

 Apart from the spectacular trailer, the colour 'black' arrested our attention at the event.

From director to lead actors of the film, all were seen spreading the black magic at the event. As the trailer gives the complete idea that movie is going to be intense, the display of black reveals that the movie is certainly a 'dark' movie.

The colour black is known as the concoction of secrets, mystery and fear; you can expect the same in the movie.

There is no second thought that the stars looked ecstatic in the different hues of black.

While second female lead Tabu went for all black, the lead actress Sharddha added a dash of pink on her black dress to make it glamorous.



Actress Shraddha Kapoor who impressed us with her exquisite dresses on promotional spree of 'Ek Villain', stole the show in her little DvF dress.

The actress added a spark of glamour in her black dress with print, lace, keyhole and belt. Shraddha stood tall in a dazzling pair of Zara cutout sandals.

Hair tied back in ponytail, Shraddha rocked the look in minimal makeup.  



While Shraddha added dash of pink on her dress, Tabu was seen in all black. Giving the shirtdresses a break, Tabu picked a long black kurti which she teamed up with churidar.

Wearing her hair down as she usually does, a nude colour sandals and bold red lips finished out the look.

Tabu also flaunted hand-harness and heavy earrings.



Apart from these two actresses, the lead actor Shahid too was sporting a black blazer at the launch. He wore a white t-shirt paired up with black denim and black blazer.

 Shahid was sporting an interesting long chain in his neck.



The others who were seen wearing black was director Vishal Bhardwaj and K K Menon. While Vishal Bhardwaj wore a short black kurta, KK Menon donned a black formal shirt.

Set in the backdrop of Kashmir turmoil, the film's trailer has impressed many and the expectation is sky high.

Haider is Vishal Bhardwaj's adaptation of the Shakespearean tragedy, 'Hamlet' and is slated for release on October 2.
