Panaji: A dark simmering Zuari river, its rippling waves luminescent in the moonlight and a kayak cutting through the current is what Goa has in store for tourists this month.The Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC)
"We have chosen these days since April 25 will have a full moon and make for a well-lit night, perfect for midnight kayaking," said Prakash Alfonso, director with Goa Kayaking which has tied up with the GTDC for the event.
