British PM David Cameron and his wife Samantha were in for a surprise when they were invited by the Hindu community residing in UK to celebrate Diwali at the largest Hindu temple (outside India), the

Both the PM and his wife were greeted with traditional garlands as guests in Hindu community are welcomed.

Soon after their welcome, a traditional Hindu 'Tika' made of Chandan (sandal paste) was applied on their forehead and they took out their footwear outside before entering the Temple.
