London: Not only does cold weather makes people lazy but it effects the body's joints too. Studies show that four out of 10 adults travel to sunnier places as they feel that extreme cold is



"Joint discomfort and joint health issues are a huge problem in the UK with millions of us struggling in silence," femalefirst.com quoted independent nutritionist Emma Derbyshire as saying.

The survey also revealed that the knees are the most affected by cold weather, followed by back, fingers, hips, hands and neck.
