These salads and dressings are laced with high fructose corn syrup to improvise the taste. Manufacturers use these as they are cheap. However any day, a fresh cut salad can never be replaced with a 'pre-made salad'.
 
No matter what all in the world is written over these processed food packages, like 'Zero Trans-Fat', 'Highly-Healthy' etc. They may never replace the benefits of a freshly cooked healthy food.
