Day 1: Just stick to fruits this day, and nothing else. Eat as many variety and colors but strictly no bananas.
Day 2: Today your are free to eat all your favorite vegetables and vegetable soups that you wish. But stick to only vegetables, strictly nothing else.
Day 3: Today you must combine your diet of Day & Day 2 i.e. fruits and vegetables. The only exception is banana and vegetable soup. Stick to eating solids today.
