Tabata is an exercise regime that is high on energy and different than your regular training. In this routine, every exercise lasts for 4-minutes and helps burn fat in a more effective and faster way. But don’t think that it is faster so it is an easy way out. We can assure you that at the end of this high-intensity workout, you will be left completely breathless. Tabata typically follows the pattern- 4-minutes of workout with full force then 1-minute rest and eight rounds of it. This completes one exercise and then you move on to the next.
