This isn't your average boxed mac and cheese. This recipe is pure cheesy goodness, perfect for a comforting and satisfying meal.

Ingredients:

  • 230g  elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions:
