Do you experience severe pain in the fingers, palm, and sometimes the entire hand? Especially when you work on a computer or laptop? If this happens then it could be due to carpal tunnel syndrome. Carpal tunnel syndrome causes severe pain in the hand and wrist. This syndrome occurs three times more often in women than in men. Often this problem starts after 30 years or during pregnancy and after delivery. However, sometimes this happens due to excessive use of one hand, fingering on the computer or laptop or poor positioning of the hand.

Where does the pain occur?

Carpal tunnel syndrome starts normally, but if care is not taken then the problem starts increasing. In this condition, there is pain in the thumb, middle and ring fingers. Many times there is pain in the entire wrist, elbow and hand. Long-term pain can cause numbness, tingling, and pain in the frontal area. This happens when a vein starts getting pressed into the purple tunnel.
