In thyroid, you should include fruits and vegetables rich in fibre. Eating fibre-rich things increases metabolism. Both micro and macro ingredients are found in fruits and vegetables which help in improving thyroid function in your body. Use iodised salt in food. Eat seafood. Lack of iodine in the body can also cause thyroid problems.
Essential vitamins for thyroid patients
Vitamin D deficiency is also found in the body of a thyroid patient. For this, you must sit in the sun for a while during the day or take supplements as per the doctor's advice.
