Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Saturday visited the gaming zone with the children of Anganwadi centres in his Lok Sabha Constituency, Gandhinagar. The Home Minister said that he is extremely overwhelmed to see the happiness and enthusiasm of the children.
In his post on X, Shah said “Today took children of Anganwadi centres of my Lok Sabha constituency to a gaming zone. The children enjoyed playing their favourite games”.
'My endeavour to ensure that children of Anganwadi centers get all possible facilities'
He further said that it is his endeavour is to provide these children from well-off families with every possible facility and happiness, which is available to children from privileged backgrounds.
"As an MP, it is my endeavour to ensure that the children of Anganwadi centers in my Lok Sabha constituency get all the possible facilities and happiness that children from affluent families get. For this, continuous efforts are being made to provide them with good education, and nutritious food along with the distribution of toys among them and to entertain them by taking them to gaming zones. I am extremely overwhelmed to see the happiness and enthusiasm of the children," he added.
Shah interacts with children
The Home Minister also interacted with the children of Anganwadi centres at the gaming zone today.
Shah also witnessed the ODI World Cup 2023 clash between India and Pakistan which is being played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
