3 woman labourers died and one got injured after a wall collapsed at the under-construction site in Virar, Palghar district, Maharashtra on Tuesday. The victims lost their lives after being buried under the debris of the collapsed wall.
Under the redevelopment of a building named Surya Kiran in the Manvel Pada complex, Virar East, the construction of a new building was underway when the tragic incident took place.
At the time of construction work, four laborers were buried under the debris of the security wall. The wall collapsed during digging work on the ground.
The people present at the site took out the victims buried under the wall and sent them to the nearest hospital but three women could not survive.
