Ever since Elvish Yadav was declared the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, news and videos related to him have become increasingly viral on social media. Social media users started talking about Elvish's personal life after his win, and on the other side, they gave their opinion about the videos uploaded on their social media platforms. One such video related to the showering of flowers is going viral. In it, flowers are seen showering on a convoy with the help of JCBs. It is being claimed that this convoy belongs to YouTuber Elvish Yadav. In today's story, we will investigate how true it is.
Claim
A video is being shared by users on social media, in which flowers are seen showering on the convoy. The video uploaded by an ID running under the name Mission Ahir Regiment Bihar claims that the video is of Elvish Yadav's convoy.
The same video is being shared as the convoy of Elvish Yadav.
Truth
When we came to know about this video, first of all we tried to watch it carefully. After watching the number plates of the vehicles closely, it was noticed that only MH was written on the number plate, which means that the car belongs to Maharashtra.
The number of the vehicle could not be clearly ascertained. Then we looked more closely, and in this video, it was written 'EKNATH SHINDE FANCLUB' at the bottom right which indicates that the video has been taken from the Eknath Shinde fan club page.
This video has no connection with Elvish Yadav.
After that, we tried to find this video on the ID running on Facebook named Eknath Shinde Fan Club, but nothing could be found. Then we searched for the ID with this name on Instagram, went to the profile, and searched for this video. Then we found a video that was uploaded on May 15 on an ID running by the name eknath_shinde_fanclub.
When we clicked on its audio to know how many videos have been uploaded with this original sound, we found that a total of 23 videos have been uploaded. Out of that, we also found a video related to Elvish that was uploaded a day ago; apparently, Elvish's video was uploaded later, which is wrong.
When we searched the viral video in Google search image, this news came out related to the CM of Maharashtra.
After that, we searched for the screenshot taken from the viral video in Google reverse image, and then this news came out related to the CM of Maharashtra. It was posted by PTI on May 13. It read, "Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Saturday launched 'Shasan Aplya Dari' (Government at Your Doorstep) initiative, which aims to provide benefits of government schemes in one place. Shinde launched the scheme in his home district, Satara, at an event. The district administration has been asked to organise a two-day camp under the initiative."
India TV's Fact Check team has found the video to be misleading. It has no connection with Elvish Yadav. This is a video from May 13, which has no connection with Eknath Shinde. That is, the video is correct, but the information that is being shared with it is wrong. Hence, this video should not be shared by associating it with Elvish Yadav.
