Truth
India TV's Fact Check team investigated this claim by reverse searching a frame of this video on Google, upon which we were relocated to an article by the news website 'The Wire'. The article was published on April 15, 2017, and reported that the video was claimed to be an episode of violent attacks against a Hindu man in Bihar in 2017.
The video became viral in 2017 during minor communal clashes in Bihar on April 5 that year, in which three people were injured. A Facebook user named Dhananjay Kumar had shared this video on his profile that a man was "mercilessly killed" in Bihar's Nawada city.

However, The Wire reported that this video actually originates from Bangladesh instead of India. The article mentions that the video was shot in Comilla, Bangladesh and uploaded on YouTube on April 2.
When we investigated further, we found a report by a local newspaper in Comilla on April 2, 2017. On that month, unidentified suspects had attacked two men who were accused of hacking Awami League leader Monir Hossain Sarkar in 2016.
