Bigg Boss 16 Shanivaar Ka Vaar HIGHLIGHTS: Katrina, Ishaan, Siddhant join Salman; Gautam is the new captain

Bigg Boss offers food to the contestant for tonight. Housemates, specially Sajid are angry at Gautam. Archana says that Gautam did not even apologise to his decision. Contestants doubt Gautam's personality and pointed fingers at him for being the new captain.

Katrina introduces the 'Bhoot Bhagao' task in Bigg Boss 16 house. Sajid, Tina and Abdu punish Gautam for giving up the ration. Shiv picks Gautam and calls him out for his acting. MC Stan picks Archana for her ginger issue.

Ishaan and Siddhant bring bananas for the contestants, who later perform a silent garba and laugh hilariously.

Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant enact a scene from Salman Khan starrer Andaz Apna Apna. The horror-comedy Phone Bhoot sees Ishaan and Siddhant playing two 'bhootbusters', while Katrina plays 'bhootni'.

Katrina asks Salman Khan who he would like to spy on if he turns into a ghost, and the actor replies "Ek banda hai uska naam Vicky Kaushal hai (There is a guy named Vicky Kaushal)." When Katrina Kaif asked the reason behind it, Salman said, "Loving hai, caring hai, ya daring hai. Uske baare mein baat karta hoon toh aap blushing hai (He is loving, caring or daring. When I talk about him, you blush)." Katrina Kaif couldn't help but smile after hearing Salman's answer.

Katrina and Salman danced to Sooryavanshi song 'Tip Tip Barsa Pani'. The actor-host followed Katrina's cues as they danced together on the song. Katrina sporting a yellow bodycon dress, took to the stage and grooves flawlessly while wearing heeled stilettos, while Salman imitate her.

Salman Khan plays a prank on the contestants. In order to teach housemates a lesson for nominating Abdu every time, thinking that he won't be voted out by the viewers as he is 'strong', Salman asks Abdu to walk out of the house as he has been evicted. While contestants yell 'NO.' Salman Khan says 'YES.' But it turned out to be a prank and Abdu is not eliminated! Also, Salman announces that no one will leave the house this week and every contestant will have to remain hungry for a whole week.

Gautam pleads Bigg Boss that he wants to reverse his captaincy decision. He states some people have medical issues and need food. Consoling Gautam, Soundarya says that contestants are overreacting. They will get food anytime soon. She mentions how contestants might get a task for the ration.

Bigg Boss takes away all the ration and Gautam becomes the new captain.

After Gautam accepts captaincy, Archana Gautam lashes out at him. Sajid Khan too lost his calm at the actor. Disappointed over Gautam's decision, the filmmaker called him out for being 'unfair' to the other housemates. "Ab tu mera krodh dekhega (Now, you will see my anger)." Abdu Rozik too disapproves of Gautam Vig becoming the captain.

Salman Khan gives Gautam Vig an opportunity to become the next captain of the house. However, there is a huge price to pay. The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 accepts the captaincy and sacrifices the ration of the BB16 house. He decides to opt for captaincy, leaving the other Bigg Boss 16 housemates furious. 

Abdu Rozik calls Tina Datta boring and says that she is not doing anything in the house. Also, Abdu pointed out that he is being constantly told that Sajid Khan is teaching him. Denying to which, he says, 'I am not kid, I have my brain.'

Abdu Rozik is seen dishing out name tags. Salman asks Abdu to give necklace tags based on certain qualities to contestants. Salman tells Abdu to put the necklace on that contestant, 'jinme dimaag ki kami hai.' First, the little contestant gives the garland to Ankit Gupta. Next for 'batameez' contestant, he gives it to Sumbul Touqeer Khan while he gives a 'not good heart' garland to Shalin Bhanot and calls him fake.

Adding extra-drama and fun to Salman Khan's reality show Bigg Boss 16, Katrina Kaif arrives on the sets with her 'Phone Bhoot' co-stars Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi.
