It’s raining good news for the entertainment industry. After Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput announced their second pregnancy, TV couple Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava also dropped the good news. Hearing this news, all the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fans must be on cloud nine. The actor, who plays the father to three kids in the daily soap, is all set to embrace fatherhood in real life for the first time.
According to a TOI report, Karan Patel and wife Ankita are expecting their first child. She in her second trimester and the baby’s arrival is expected around November this year.
A source close to Patel family told the daily, “"Karan and Ankita are ecstatic with this development in their life. They are, however, trying their best to keep the news under wraps because they plan to announce it at the right time."
Karan Patel and Ankita Bhargava were brought together by co-star Aly Goni, who played the cupid in their love story. They got hitched in a grand Gujarati wedding in May 2015. Ankita Bhargava’s father plays the role of Karan Patel’s on-screen father-in-law.
Karan Patel has, however, didn’t confirm the news on social media or to media. Whatever it is, we hope the actor might soon make an announcement on social media for his fans.
