Lately, the Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actress Divyanka Tripathi has confirmed that her character Ishita Bhalla will die in the upcoming track of the serial. She has been working in this Ekta Kapoor serial for four years now. A few reports were also suggesting that Mrs Vivek Dahiya is quitting the show because she’s pregnant. However, a source close to the actress quashed the reports.
While speaking to Times Of India, the source said, “Yes, Ishita will be seen dying in the show but Divyanka has no plans of leaving. You know how it works on Indian TV, the characters are born again, maybe viewers can expect a similar track. Also, the show can't run without her and it is known to all."
In the upcoming track, Ishita Bhalla will die while trying to save her daughter Pihu. But don’t lose your heart, fans. You know how the TV serials work. People come back from dead, not once but many times. Recently, Pragya from Kumkum Bhagya was resurrected from dead. Ever since then, the show is topping the TRP charts with tremendous response from the viewers.

Since 2013, Divyanka Tripathi has been playing the role of Ishita Bhalla in Ekta Kapoor’s Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. Her role has won millions of hearts as well as awards. She won the Indian Telly Awards for Best Actress in Lead Role. She also participated in Nach Baliye 8 with husband Vivek Dahiya and won the show with flying colours.
